Rhapsody

Rhapsody is a bistronomic restaurant on the border of Asnières and Bois‑Colombes run by Jérôme and his team. The house maintains a carefully curated wine list assembled from independent winemakers who work in reasoned agriculture or organic viticulture, supporting the kitchen’s seasonal approach. The restaurant has been recognised by the Guide Michelin (2020–2023), Gault & Millau (2020–2023) and Guide Lebey (2020) and is a member of the Collège Culinaire de France. The dining room is warm and elegant. Service is attentive, welcoming and relaxed. A sheltered terrace for fair weather creates a convivial atmosphere and the overall vibe blends bistro charm with refined touches. The cuisine sits at the intersection of bistronomy and gastronomy. The menu evolves with the seasons and is aimed at lovers of well‑crafted French cooking; the kitchen emphasises homemade preparations. Every dish is prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal products sourced from carefully selected local producers, and the team revisits classic French preparations with original personal touches. Chef Yanis Saint Omer, formerly of La Grande Cascade in Paris, leads the kitchen.
