J. Hofstätter is a family-run winery located in the wine-growing village of Tramin in South Tyrol. The company's mission is to tell the story of its land through wines that reflect the origin and distinctive character of the Dolomites region. By combining respect for heritage with a passion for innovation, J. Hofstätter cultivates vineyards throughout South Tyrol, in Trentino at an altitude of 823 meters and on the steep slopes of the Moselle. Since 1987, the company has paved the way for the use of the term "Vigna" to classify its single vineyard wines, positioning them as benchmarks rather than trends. These wines express the unique terroirs of South Tyrol, Trentino, and the Moselle, where cool microclimates foster a fresh structure and vibrant minerality.
