Flexible event spaces with movable walls and direct access to the terraces allow for intimate gatherings in the Airstream caravan, as well as large-scale events in the pavilion. Sustainability is an essential part of the venue's identity and it holds a Green Key Gold certification. The kitchen prioritizes organic and locally sourced ingredients, including organic vegetables and dairy, and offers a wide range of organic wines. Environmental friendliness is further demonstrated by the removal of eel from the menu due to its endangered status.
