The partner's word

Manzi's sits in the narrow passage between Greek and Frith Streets in Soho, an all-day seafood and fish restaurant with a setting that immediately sets it apart. The interior is baroque and custom-designed, drawing comparisons to an old-school cruise ship — detailed, theatrical, and wholly its own thing. It's the kind of room that has personality without trying too hard. The food leans into classic seafood territory done well. Oysters are a standout, and the traditional fish and chips have earned a strong following for their quality and execution. The kitchen also caters to gluten-free and vegetarian diners, and sources locally where possible. The mood shifts depending on when you visit — lively and social during the day, and on Saturdays it takes on a full nightclub energy. Staff are attentive and the service runs smoothly. Whether you're planning a daytime lunch or an evening event with a livelier edge, Manzi's has the range to accommodate both.
