This 5-star chalet is located on the outskirts of Saint-Jorioz, overlooking Lake Annecy, one of the most beautiful regions in France. Just 9 km from the historic town of Annecy, guests can explore its picturesque canals, excellent restaurants, shops, fresh and local markets, as well as its famous flea market. The region offers a variety of activities, such as water sports on the lake, hiking, skiing, and mini-cruises. The ski slopes of Semnoz are a 20-minute drive away, while the resorts of La Sambuy and the Aravis massif can be reached in less than an hour.

The chalet, which can accommodate 11 people (10 adults), is spread over three levels with luxurious and open living spaces, decorated with old wood and neutral tones.
