Le Château de Floure

Located in the Carcassonne region, the Hôtellerie du Château de Floure is a place steeped in history that offers a timeless experience. Once a Romanesque abbey dating back to the 13th century, the Château was transformed into a relay for travellers and later into a bourgeois merchant's residence in the 16th century. Today, this establishment retains its unique character thanks to Gaston Bonheur, the writer of the vines, who made it his property and dedicated himself to writing and winemaking.
