Inima Restaurant

Inima is a gourmet restaurant located in the heart of Bordeaux, led by chef Oxana Crétu. The name "Inima," meaning "with all my heart" in Moldovan, reflects the chef's passionate commitment to inventive and poetic cuisine.

The cuisine at Inima stands out for its creativity and delicacy. Each dish is a sensory exploration, blending Moldovan and French influences, with a particular focus on local and seasonal products. Among the offerings are bold combinations such as cuttlefish from the Bassin with wasabi and obione, or duck from the Périgord enhanced by a sauce made from aronia berries, a fruit native to Moldova.

The tasting menus, such as the "Angélique" menu with five courses, provide a complete immersion into this refined culinary universe. The desserts, like the meringue with Lot strawberries accompanied by Namelaka cream, lemon marmalade, and jasmine sorbet, exemplify the constant quest for balance and finesse.
