La Maison Tchapin'

Located in a charming stone village dating back to the 17th century, the house contains two exceptional gîtes. One offers a spacious living area of 50 m², 7 bedrooms, and a spa area, while the other features 4 bedrooms, an additional sleeping area, a dining room, and two duplex lounges.

These two gîtes, with their authentic charm thanks to their old wood decor, are connected by a staircase leading to a shared entrance. From the terrace and the small garden, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the majestic surrounding mountains and the ski slopes.

It is essential to note that the house is a conducive space for gatherings, favouring convivial meals and a musical atmosphere at a reasonable noise level. Noisy evenings and parties are not allowed, and guests are asked to respect the general tranquility by avoiding meals on the terrace after 10 PM.

For mountain enthusiasts, a variety of activities are accessible on foot, while shops are nearby. The Vanoise National Park, canyoning, climbing, via ferrata, paragliding, horseback riding, mountain biking, tree climbing, giant ziplines, dog trekking, mountaineering, cultural heritage sites, and road cycling routes (such as the famous alpine passes: Galibier, Iseran, Mont Cenis, Madeleine) are all activities available in the vicinity.

In winter, the Aussois ski resort, with its 54 km of alpine ski slopes and an efficient snow cannon system, allows for skiing as early as the Christmas holidays. The village also offers a Nordic ski area and numerous snowshoeing opportunities. Winter activities include dog sledding, paragliding, tobogganing, "snake" sledding, ice climbing, and via ferrata. A fun activity not to be missed in the cold season is snow tubing, offering slides down enormous snowy slopes on inflatable rings.
