The accommodation has been carefully renovated to combine authenticity and modern comfort. It consists of a 60m2 living room/kitchen opening onto a terrace and a heated pool, creating a central space for relaxation and conviviality. The configuration includes a master suite, two double bedrooms (one in a mezzanine), a dormitory with three single beds, a corridor bedroom with two bunk beds, and two convertible sofas. The three bathrooms and three separate toilets provide convenience and privacy. The facilities include two fully equipped kitchens, ideal for group meals or cooking workshops.

Direct access to cycling paths offers excellent opportunities for forest walks or bike trips to the beach and the local market.
