The entire estate can be privatised for professional seminars, with a maximum capacity of 20 people for multi-day seminars.

The estate is equipped with fibre for fast and reliable internet access. The château has 6 suites with en-suite bathrooms and an office, as well as a large dining/meeting room with a capacity for 18 people, a large lounge, and a meeting room on the top floor. The sheepfold offers 4 suites with en-suite bathrooms and a large table in the lounge/dining room with a capacity for 12 people.

The location is easily accessible from Paris, whether by car or by TER (Paris Montparnasse-Maintenon), followed by a 10-minute drive. Covered parking is available on the property for 10 cars. Housekeeping and linen change services are included twice a week.
