So in the meantime, rest assured that it's even better in person!This former Tuscan-style vineyard castle, restored in 2022/2023, is rated 4 ears by Gîtes de France.It features a historic former chapel, a pond of approximately 3000 m² behind the 14 x 7 m swimming pool, and a park with bi- and tri-centenary trees.In front of the castle and next to the pool, a dining or evening area consisting of 8 large stone tables and benches sheltered by majestic plane trees can also accommodate around 50 to 60 people (more with additional tables).On the ground floor, a room / covered area of approximately 300 m² (former wine cellar) can also be used for meetings, openings, exhibitions, or other requests.Depending on the desired activity, 2 meadows with flat lands (one over 6 hectares and the other 2.5 hectares) can also be used for an exhibition or commercial presentation or other ideas. (Access is via the castle and also 2 separate entrances from the road). This land also offers ample parking capacity..Between the beginnings of the Massif Central and the foothills of the Pyrenees, at the foot of the Black Mountain.Enjoy a large XXL gite of approximately 650 m² that has been fully restored. Settle around the large kitchen table or another location of your choice for your team work sessions. In good weather, you can work in the garden for outdoor sessions!Local shops and restaurants are easily accessible in the town center (1.5 km). You will also find supermarkets and restaurants in Carcassonne (10 km), as well as barge restaurants in the village of Trèbes (9 km).About 15 minutes away, if you wish, visit the must-see Cabrespine abyss and the Limousis caves.In this magical place, you can stroll through the park along the river or enjoy the pond on the estate.
