It is a peaceful place, ideal for recharging, refocusing, and enjoying nature. The house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet area, far from the noise of the city. The serenity and silence of the countryside and the sea will rejuvenate you! You will surely appreciate hearing the birds sing, feeling the gentle breeze, and the warm rays of the sun on the large terrace where you will be delighted to lie down. In winter, a huge fireplace will allow you to spend lovely evenings by the fire.

This longhouse of 350m2 has been renovated to provide all the necessary comfort while preserving its authenticity. All the rooms are extremely bright and very pleasant. Settle down at the large dining table and enjoy a bright and comfortable workspace. You also have the kitchen table, which opens directly onto the terrace that you can enjoy in nice weather. Some bedrooms are equipped with a small desk where you can set up to work away from the group.

You can enjoy the garden, discover the landscapes of Morbihan on a walk or bike ride, or engage in numerous water activities in Sarzeau (15 km): catamaran, windsurfing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing dinghy, land sailing, etc. The Branféré botanical and wildlife park (26 km), located on 45 hectares, is home to nearly 1,200 animals from five continents. For enthusiasts, the Golf Bluegreen Rhuys-Kerver (22 km) is located in the heart of the ornithological reserve of the Gulf of Morbihan.
