With its 12 bedrooms, the house can accommodate 24 people in separate beds. The immense 400 m2 terrace overlooks the turquoise waters of the beach, accessible by a private path in less than 5 minutes. The property features a large swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The pool, measuring 13 metres by 5, is heated to 26 degrees from early April to the end of October. The jacuzzi is heated year-round to 38°.

The village and charming port of Cassis are less than a 15-minute walk away. Various activities can be organised: guided hikes on foot or electric mountain bikes, laser tag, paddleboarding or kayaking, boat trips in the calanques, yoga classes, wine tasting at the top of Cap Canaille, climbing initiation…
