Located in the heart of the Centre-Val de Loire region, this spacious countryside residence is just a short distance from a famous medieval town, known for its vineyards. The accommodation, spread over three levels, ensures both comfort and functionality. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room centred around a cosy stove, complemented by two bedrooms, a bathroom, and relaxation areas including a billiards table and a foosball table. The first floor offers two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, as well as an area with yoga mats. The top floor houses two more bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. Outside, visitors can enjoy a vast garden of over 5,500 m², featuring a swimming pool (linen provided) offering a panoramic view of the countryside, a tranquil pond, and a spacious terrace equipped with a barbecue and a pizza oven, perfect for group meals.

This residence is exclusively reserved for visitors, providing them with full access to the house, garden, and all on-site amenities. Furthermore, guests benefit from a comprehensive cleaning service, as well as the provision of bed linen and towels.
