COFFEE MATERIAL SUPPLEMENT:❏ Earthenware + glass: 4,50€ + VAT/person❏ Cardboard cup + glass: 3,00€ + VAT/person❏ OUTDOOR COFFEE TENT (according to the needs of the service): from 750€+VAT the unit DELAYS IN SCHEDULE MARKED BY THE CUSTOMER❏ If for reasons beyond MICE Catering's control it could not start at the agreed delivery time, the provision of the Room Service, MICE Catering admits, at no additional cost, and as a courtesy, to delay said time up to a maximum of thirty minutes.❏ Once the maximum time of Room Service has elapsed, established for the contracted service, if the client wishes to continue with the provision of the same, he/she will have to pay the expenses that may arise, both for the additional time of service, 33,75€+VAT/hour for each service person (waiters, cooks, logistic) and for those other expenses that may arise collateral to the same, such as increases in the consumption of drinks and food to the guests. VARIOUS❏ Services may be requested at least 10 working days in advance catering services with the confirmation of a minimum number of attendees, special menus, intolerances or allergies as well as any other relevant information for the development of the event.❏ In the menus for intolerant people, only the following intolerances are catered for: GLUTEN, MILK, SEAFOOD AND DRIED FRUIT.❏ Regarding allergies, our menus are not guaranteed to be free of traces. MICE Catering does not undertake to be able to provide without prior notice intolerances or allergies that have not been communicated.❏ MICE CATERING reserves the right to modify the contents of the same in the event that possible changes in market prices make it necessary.Modifications may be made as long as they are communicated at least 5 days prior to the celebration of the event, as long as the event is equal to or less than 300 attendees. For those events with a number higher than 300 pax, the change will be necessary with a minimum of 7 working days. In high season the deadline in both cases will be a minimum of 15 working days.
