Located in Verlinghem, just 10 minutes from the centre of Lille, this former fortified farm from the 14th century is classified as a Historical Monument. Surrounded by a 4-hectare wooded park with rare species and lined with moats, it offers an authentic and prestigious setting for your professional events. ​

The site offers several flexible spaces suitable for various types of events. The Barn, with its 900 m², is ideal for conventions, concerts, or product launches. The Fireplace Area, more intimate, is perfectly suited for medium-sized meetings or seminars. The Framework Area, with its exposed framework, provides a unique setting for conferences or gala dinners.
