The venue consists of 5 independent Norman houses providing a peaceful and private setting for your event. Each house features a comfortable living area for small group work. Notably, there is a seminar room set in a former wine press with its mezzanine.

The estate is equipped with various facilities dedicated to both work and leisure. It has a seminar space of 90 m² that can accommodate up to 30 people, perfectly suited for companies wishing to organise management committees, seminars, general assemblies or team-building sessions.

This space is also suitable for "Well-being" seminars such as dance, yoga, etc. The room's equipment includes a sound system, flipcharts, office supplies, as well as WIFI access via fibre optic. For relaxation, the estate offers a wide range of leisure activities from tennis, to a heated swimming pool available from May to September, a sauna, sports equipment, bicycles, a petanque court, a children's activity park, and a games room with billiards, darts, table tennis and foosball.

Regarding on-site services, the estate is flexible and attentive to your needs. It can accommodate from 22 to 38 people for lodging with the possibility of 29 single beds, and up to 50 people for seated meals.
