Enjoy a warm and authentic working environment in the guesthouse of the vegetable garden. Settle into the large 40m2 living room, with several bistro tables available to welcome your colleagues and share meals as a team (WiFi). The orangerie (recently renovated) will provide the perfect setting for your working sessions (WiFi, flipchart, video projector available, and a wood stove for the winter). In nice weather, sit at the outdoor round tables under the old hay loft overlooking the orchard among the apple and hazelnut trees, in the courtyard, or in the park with its rare species to work, share, and collaborate while enjoying the surrounding greenery.

For corporate evenings, a reception room can accommodate up to 90 seated guests, equipped with sound equipment.

On-site, enjoy the ping-pong table, the large park, a tennis court, a volleyball and badminton net, and wooden games. Explore the region and visit the Château de Maintenon (7 km) or the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Chartres (20 km). Take advantage of the wild landscapes offered by numerous hiking trails or health trails. Various activities are also available, including golf at the Château de Maintenon or at the Haras de la Croix (8 km).

A team-building activity related to the history of the estate can be proposed: a walk and foraging for edible wild plants on the estate followed by a culinary workshop.
