Located just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris and in immediate proximity to Reims (25 minutes) and Epernay (5 minutes), this large villa sits in the heart of a wine-producing village, offering easy access to all amenities. The region is famous for its prestigious vineyards, providing visitors with the opportunity to explore renowned wine estates, visit champagne cellars, and enjoy picturesque landscapes. Epernay, known for its famous Avenue de Champagne, and Reims, with its historic sites, are both a short distance away, offering a rich cultural and gastronomic experience.

This 400m2 villa is divided into three distinct spaces, each with its own independent entrance, allowing for both privacy and sociability for groups. The first space accommodates 10 guests across 4 bedrooms, the second space, also for 10 guests, features a large living room and a terrace overlooking the pool and garden. The third space can host up to 6 people and offers stunning views of the vineyard. All spaces are equipped with modern kitchens, comfortable living areas, and well-appointed bathrooms.

On site, two large 60 m2 living rooms will comfortably accommodate you for your coworking sessions. In good weather, enjoy a large sheltered outdoor area with tables and chairs that can accommodate up to 20/24 people. A tree-filled garden completes this ideal setting for work and relaxation.

Guests have access to a heated private pool from April to the end of September (flexible depending on the weather), as well as a private parking area that can accommodate 6 to 8 vehicles. A free parking area is also available in front of the holiday home.
