2 hours west of Paris, Villa Bois Lecomte is the only villa we offer that features both an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool! Accommodating comfortably up to 60 guests and secluded from neighbors, it’s perfect for your birthdays, corporate events, team-building activities, or family reunions in extraordinary settings! With its 21 bedrooms and reception hall, the house provides a level of amenities you won’t find anywhere else!

We love the indoor pool! From January to December, it guarantees that you can host a pool party, regardless of the weather conditions! And what a joy it is to swim with all your friends, sipping on cocktails, whether it’s sunny, raining, or windy!

And of course, the large reception hall can accommodate up to 60 guests for a seated dinner. Thanks to its professional kitchen with a cold room and dishwasher, you can hire a caterer or chef to delight your guests.

• Team BBQ or Team Raclette? No need to choose sides! Both are possible!

• Towels, bed linen, dishes, kitchen utensils... But also soap, shower gel, and shampoo! Everything is provided!

We take care of the big clean-up at the end of your stay. The only small things we’ll ask you to do are to please gather the dirty towels and sheets in the main room of the house on the ground floor upon departure, do your dishes, as well as throw household waste + recycling in the villa's containers, and drop off glass at the community collection point.

Aperitif, dinner, evening... and noise disturbance

• With the nearest neighbors being 500m away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you are INSIDE the house as long as the doors and windows are properly closed! Bringing your own speakers is strictly prohibited. Outside, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, dine, and use the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! The sound level outdoors must be limited to 90 Db (the sound of a lawnmower) to avoid disturbing others.
