Cuisinez-Nous is run by owners Céline and Junior, who welcome guests to a friendly, relaxed setting. The restaurant offers set menus — including a three-course option and periodic specials such as a Saint‑Valentin menu — alongside à la carte choices from traditional starters to meat and seafood mains and classic desserts. Set in a restored maison de maître, the interior pairs sober, warm décor with a modern, welcoming feel; the venue provides a private dining room, a private wine cellar and a non-smoking terrace fitted with a motorized awning. The kitchen serves generous, flavourful French classics with traditional preparations and house-made dishes; menus emphasise fresh daily deliveries, the team works with a number of local producers and suppliers to source ingredients, and carefully chosen food-and-wine pairings reinforce a distinct, regional yet refined character. Specialities include whole roasted lobster with tarragon (house speciality, available on request at reservation), Parmentier of beef with jambonneau and pan-seared foie gras, smoked trout mousse with crayfish salad and preserved lemon, Crêpe Suzette with vanilla ice cream, and veal sweetbreads 'grand‑mère' style.
