L'Alchimie

L'Alchimie is a Mediterranean-focused restaurant in Nice’s Carré d'Or district. The kitchen offers hearty, vibrant dishes and the house presents a sincere, authentic and generous cuisine with clear Mediterranean accents. The restaurant has received a Bib Gourmand distinction from the Michelin Guide. The dining room is very bright, its shimmering colours creating a warm, friendly atmosphere. A protected terrace overlooks the garden of the Anglican church and provides a comfortable outdoor dining option. The cuisine is modern and contemporary, built around seasonality and market-fresh ingredients. The menu is composed weekly from fresh vegetables, fish and quality meats, with a commitment to carefully worked products. Arnaud Collin is the chef. He was born in the Paris region, trained in Paris from age 16 and refined his skills working alongside Le Squer, Piège, Durichon and Ravin before opening L'Alchimie in Nice. Specialties include saumon gravlax, tapenade crouton, Mediterranean seasonal dishes, fresh vegetables and fish, and high-quality meats.
