Additional amenities include a high-quality oak parquet floor with underfloor heating, a modern kitchen, and a 24 m² private terrace. 

On-site services encompass high-speed internet access, a Bose sound system, and available equipment such as a projector with a presentation table and screen. The venue also offers a styling area that can be separated by curtains, two modern restroom areas each equipped with two toilets and a shower, and a large wooden table suitable for meetings.
