Het principe: Vergeet klassieke stadsrallies – we hebben het genre opnieuw uitgevonden. Bij Urban Challenger zijn er geen stoffige raadsels of ingewikkelde cijfersloten. In plaats daarvan combineren we echte teamgeest met pure ontdekkingsdrang. Jullie zullen in teams strijden om uit een pool van meer dan 30 verschillende uitdagingen zoveel mogelijk te voltooien. De taken zijn zo ontworpen dat ze jullie als team dichter bij elkaar brengen, jullie creativiteit prikkelen en jullie in direct contact brengen met de Quadratestadt en de lokale inwoners van Mannheim.

Alles loopt via onze intuïtieve app, maar het bepalende verschil is de menselijke factor: Een Live Game Host begeleidt jullie (via WhatsApp of ter plaatse), controleert jullie foto- en videobewijzen in real-time en zorgt voor een extra dosis motivatie.

Zo verloopt jullie evenement:

1. Aangepaste startlocatie: We starten waar het jullie het beste uitkomt – of het nu bij jullie kantoor, hotel of op een centraal punt zoals de Watertoren of de binnenplaats van het kasteel is.
2. Ready, Set, Go!: Jullie ontmoeten jullie Game Host voor een briefing. Na inloggen in de app gaat het avontuur onmiddellijk van start.
3. Uitdagingen overwinnen: Jullie voltooien zoveel mogelijk taken binnen de gegeven tijd en uploaden jullie foto- en videobewijzen direct naar de app.
4. Real-time feedback: Jullie Game Host modereert het spel in real-time, controleert jullie inzendingen en fungeert als jullie vaste aanspreekpunt.
5. De grote finale: Zodra de tijd om is, wint het team met de meeste punten de prijzen.
6. Flexibel schema: De standaardduur is 2,5 uur, maar we passen de tijd graag aan op maat (van een snelle actie van 90 minuten tot een uitgebreid halve dag evenement).

Een mix die verbindt – De challenge-categorieën: Je hoeft je van tevoren niet vast te leggen! Alle teams hebben toegang tot de volledige verscheidenheid aan uitdagingen. Jullie bepalen tijdens het spel spontaan welke taken jullie willen aangaan. Een kleurrijke mix, waarbij elke deelnemer zijn of haar sterke punten kan inbrengen:

• Explorer: Ontdek de symmetrie van de vierkante straten, verborgen hoekjes in het multiculturele Little Istanbul en de culturele schatten van de stad.
• Artist: Laat je creativiteit de vrije loop en gebruik de imposante Watertoren, de kasteeltuin of de industriële chic van de Jungbusch als podium voor je team.
• Foodie: Proef Mannheim terwijl je onderweg bent – geniet van kleine lokale specialiteiten zoals het beroemde Spaghetti-ijs (hier uitgevonden!) of ontdek lokale snacks in de vierkanten.
• Connector: Leer elkaar beter kennen als team en kom in contact met de locals! Of het nu gaat om een snel praatje met markthandelaren of een gezamenlijke ontmoeting met de eerlijke Mannheimer charme.
• Geschiedenis: Duik op een speelse manier in de geschiedenis van uitvindingen – van Karl Drais' loopfiets tot het eerste voertuig van Carl Benz.
• Natuur: Vind de groene kant van Mannheim langs de oevers van de Neckar en Rijn of in verborgen parken in het stadscentrum.

The Principle: Forget classic city rallies – we’ve reinvented the genre. At Urban Challenger, there are no dusty riddles or overcomplicated codes. Instead, we blend authentic team spirit with a true sense of discovery. Competing in teams, you will choose from a pool of over 30 different challenges, aiming to complete as many as possible. These tasks are designed to forge stronger bonds, spark your creativity, and get you interacting directly with the "Grid City" and its local inhabitants.

Everything is managed via our intuitive app, but the real game-changer is the human touch: A Live Game Host accompanies you (via WhatsApp or on-site), reviews your photo and video submissions in real-time, and provides that extra boost of motivation.

How your event works:

1. Custom Start Point: We start wherever it suits you best – whether at your office, your hotel, or a central landmark like the Water Tower or the Palace courtyard.
2. Ready, Set, Go!: You meet your Game Host for a briefing. After logging into the app, the adventure begins instantly.
3. Conquer Challenges: Complete as many tasks as you can within the time limit and upload your photo and video proof directly to the app.
4. Real-Time Feedback: Your Game Host moderates the game in real-time, reviews your submissions, and serves as your dedicated point of contact.
5. The Grand Finale: Once time is up, the team with the most points takes home the winner's prizes.
6. Flexible Schedule: The standard duration is 2.5 hours, but we are happy to customize the timing (from a quick 90-minute blast to an extensive half-day event).

A Mix That Connects – The Challenge Categories: No need to choose in advance! All teams have access to the full variety of challenges. You decide spontaneously during the game which tasks to tackle. Our categories ensure every team member can contribute their unique strengths:

• Explorer: Discover the symmetry of the grid-patterned streets, hidden corners in "Little Istanbul," and the urban treasures of the city.
• Artist: Get creative and use the imposing Water Tower, the Palace gardens, or the industrial chic of the Jungbusch district as a stage for your team.
• Foodie: Taste Mannheim on the go – sample small local specialties like the famous Spaghetti Ice Cream (invented here!) or discover local snacks within the city grids.
• Connector: Get to know each other better as a team and get in touch with the locals! Whether it's a quick chat with market vendors or a shared encounter with the honest Mannheim charm.
• History: Dive into the city’s history of inventions in a playful way – from Karl Drais' bicycle precursor to Carl Benz's first automobile.
• Nature: Find the green side of Mannheim right along the banks of the Neckar and Rhine rivers or in hidden parks within the city center.
