The partner's word
CERN Science Gateway is CERN’s science education and outreach centre in Meyrin. Designed by the Renzo Piano Building Workshop, its building brings visitors closer to CERN’s research, technology and people.
Groups can book interactive exhibitions, guided tours and hands-on lab workshops. Depending on the day’s programme, science shows and film screenings may also be offered. The building includes exhibition spaces, two hands-on labs and an auditorium, while the Big Bang Café serves lunch and snacks.
Group visits run from Tuesday to Saturday and require advance registration. English is the only guaranteed language for guided activities.
