Downtown Loft Studio with Natural Light

Downtown Loft Studio with Natural Light is a 3,300 sq ft creative loft space situated in the East Village neighborhood of Downtown San Diego. The studio features an open floor plan with 25 ft ceilings, skylights, and large east-facing windows that fill the interior with natural morning light. Its industrial-chic character is defined by an accent white brick wall, a spiral staircase, and an elevated loft nook, making it a versatile setting for both production work and live events. The Entire Venue accommodates up to 150 standing guests and is suited for a wide range of occasions, including birthday celebrations, intimate weddings, bridal and baby showers, live performances, church gatherings, small business markets, and formal dinners. The elevated loft area, reached via the spiral staircase, offers an overhead vantage point that works well for photo and film production sets, creative compositions, or as a crew area. Outside caterers are welcome, cooking on-site is permitted, and BYO alcohol is allowed. Guests may play their own music or bring a DJ, with no noise restrictions in place. All rentals include setup and teardown time. A private bathroom and changing area are available on-site for talent and crew.
