Exploramás – Purposeful Experiences is a company specialized in the design, organization, and comprehensive production of corporate experiences, team building activities, incentive programs, and actions related to social and environmental responsibility.

For over 20 years, we have been helping companies, event agencies, DMCs, hotels, and congress organizers create experiences that strengthen team cohesion, improve communication, generate bonds, and connect participants with the destination. We operate from our headquarters in Malaga and have operational structures in Seville, Barcelona, and Madrid, along with an extensive network of collaborators that enables us to develop programs in the main MICE destinations in Spain.

We design each experience based on the client's objectives, the profile of the participants, the destination, the available space, the duration, the budget, and the desired level of physical activity. We can work with small executive teams, international groups, conventions, and large events with over 1,000 participants, adapting the format and resources to ensure a smooth, safe, and participatory experience.

Our offerings include urban, cultural, creative, gastronomic, sports, adventure experiences, and those with social or environmental impact. Among our most notable proposals are:

• Urban gymkanas and discovery games of the destination with iPad, such as Enigma iPad and The Amazing Express.

• Beach experiences, collaborative challenges, and team competitions, such as the Mediterranean Challenge.

• Creative activities like Film Festival, Graffiti Challenge, percussion, flamenco, and construction of Formula 1 vehicles.

• Gastronomic experiences like Tapas Chef, Paellas Competition, and culinary challenges.

• Outdoor programs such as hiking, electric mountain bike routes, kayaking, canyoning, orientation, and activities in natural spaces.

• Indoor dynamics like Mind Games, Musical Bingo, Quiz Games Challenge, Game Rooms, and collaborative challenges tailored for hotels and convention centers.

• Charitable actions like Dream Bikes, where participants overcome various challenges and build bicycles for social organizations.

• Environmental experiences like ReforesTeam, reforestations, regeneration of natural spaces, beach cleanups, and Supersemillas, an indoor activity that allows for positive environmental impact throughout the year.

We also develop completely customized experiences. We integrate corporate content, brand values, strategic messages, products, visual identity, questions, tests, audiovisual elements, and scoring systems. This allows transforming an activity into a tool for internal communication, training, integration, or celebration related to the specific objectives of each organization.

We take care of comprehensive production: experience design, destination adaptation, space search and analysis, permits, materials, personnel, logistical coordination, planning rotations, scoring systems, personalization, setup, execution, and takedown. When the project requires it, we also coordinate transport, spaces, catering, audiovisuals, ambiance, artists, guides, and specialized suppliers.

Our team consists of professionals with extensive experience in corporate events, active tourism, group dynamics, and MICE production. We can provide service in Spanish, English, and French, as well as incorporate other languages upon request. Before each event, we prepare a detailed operational plan and maintain direct coordination with the agency, hotel, space, and involved suppliers.

Safety is part of all planning. Exploramás is registered as an active tourism company in Andalusia with license TA/MA/0004, has the corresponding insurances, and works with qualified technical staff and suppliers. Each activity is adapted to the characteristics of the group, the conditions of the space, and the weather. Whenever necessary, we propose alternatives or contingency plans to protect the experience and facilitate decision-making.

Sustainability is one of the pillars of our way of working. We design activities that respect the environment, avoid proposals that could generate unnecessary impact, and collaborate with local entities to ensure that charitable and environmental actions respond to real needs. Through our projects, we have contributed to planting over 75,000 trees, regenerating natural spaces, recovering dune areas, and developing corporate volunteering actions in different destinations.

This commitment has been recognized with various distinctions, including awards related to tourism and sustainability granted by the municipalities of Malaga and Mijas, as well as the Huella Zero recognition and the Good Travel Seal certification.

Our local experience allows us to advise on the real feasibility of each proposal, especially in public spaces, beaches, historic centers, and natural environments subject to permits or limitations. If an activity is not suitable for the place, the schedule, or the group profile, we propose alternatives that can maintain the event's objectives.
