Located in Long Island City, Queens — between the neighborhoods of Long Island City, Sunnyside, and Astoria — this 17,000 sq ft warehouse serves as both an event and sports venue. Its urban setting is easily accessible by subway, making it a practical choice for a wide range of gatherings. The Warehouse with Sandbox is the entire venue, accommodating up to 150 guests for seated dining and up to 280 for standing events. Its centerpiece is a large sandbox fitted with three regulation beach volleyball courts, which can be removed to accommodate other event formats. Beyond the courts, the space includes a bar and lounge area and five bathrooms. It is suited for parties, photo shoots, film shoots, exhibitions, corporate events, and kids' birthday parties. On-site activities include beach volleyball, ping pong, dodgeball, cornhole, and arcade games. The venue holds an alcohol licence until 1:00 am and offers both in-house and external catering.
