VENTURE UP Team Building

Venture Up runs corporate team-building activities in Scottsdale designed to complement meetings, conferences and leadership training. Its facilitated programmes focus on participation, communication and collaboration, including among teams with different roles and levels of seniority. The range combines strategic challenges, competitive games, building projects and charitable activities. Options include assembling bicycles for children, a city-based clue hunt, an escape game built around locked cases, and races involving vehicles built by teams. Programmes take place in hotels, resorts, conference rooms, ballrooms, offices or outdoor spaces when weather permits. Most run for two to four hours, with shorter and multi-part formats also available.
