ZenEvents plans and delivers corporate wellness offsites, away days and activities across the UK and internationally.
We are not an agency and we are not a venue. We are real, human facilitators. We plan the experience, we can source and contract the venue, and we show up on the day and run it - every session, led by our own team.
Our work sits across four pillars: Connection, Mind, Body and Nature. In practice that means a day can move from a padel tournament to breathwork to silent disco yoga to cocktails on the terrace, and it holds together - because there's something for everyone.
Three formats:

We work with teams of 15 to 200 as standard and have delivered larger on request. Recent clients include CBRE, Spacemade and Cantourage, and we currently deliver residential offsites for teams flying in from multiple countries.

ZenEvents delivers nationwide across the UK and internationally. We are not tied to a single site - we hold relationships with over 70 partner venues and select the right one for each brief, then handle contracting, logistics and delivery.
Away days and single activities: at the client's own office or venue, or one we source. Most away day venues sit 45 to 75 minutes from central London - a glamping retreat in the South Downs (up to 120), a wellness resort in Hertfordshire (up to 90) and a countryside estate in Essex (up to 98) - all reachable by direct train or coach.
Overnight offsites: country estates, coastal hotels and wellness resorts across the UK, plus Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the USA.
