The 1929 Romantic Spanish Home is a historically preserved property situated in the Fairfax neighborhood of Los Angeles. Built in 1929, the home retains its original Spanish architectural character throughout, making it a distinctive setting for creative productions, private celebrations, family reunions, and intimate gatherings. The Whole Venue accommodates up to 15 seated guests for dining or up to 25 guests for a standing reception. The living room features two-story wood-beamed ceilings with ornate paintwork, an original fireplace, ironwork details, and a hand-painted ceramic tile Spanish staircase. Theatrical interior windows overlook the living room, while a series of archways and an original 1920s black-and-white tiled bathroom contribute to the home's character. The dining room, also graced with wood beams, opens onto the backyard via French doors and offers a warm, light-filled setting. The Outdoor Space centers around a rectangular backyard pool and surrounding lawn, accommodating up to 45 standing guests. A South-facing deck, stucco walls, colorful bench seating, and an original blue garage door provide varied backdrops suited to photoshoots, film productions, brand activations, and intimate gatherings. A covered porch surrounded by tall hedges and a curated succulent garden add further visual interest. Pool heating and a jacuzzi are available as add-on options.
