Burkardushaus

Just behind the cathedral in Würzburg’s historic centre, Burkardushaus is the diocese’s conference centre. The church-run property welcomes companies and training organisations for conferences, seminars, courses and receptions, combining a central setting with Franconian hospitality. Its seven daylight-filled meeting rooms are accessible without barriers. The Kardinal Döpfner Saal has a stage and grand piano, while presentation materials are provided across the meeting rooms. Projectors, laptops and cameras can be arranged in advance, and basic equipment is available for hybrid conferences and live streaming. Events can include meals in either of the two dining rooms, with fresh seasonal and regional cooking, tailored menus, buffets or finger food. The forecourt provides another setting for receptions, and 22 quiet single rooms allow guests to stay overnight.
