Can Bonamic is a family restaurant located in a 14th-century farmhouse in Santa María de Palautordera, near Barcelona. Restored in 2000 by Joan Mateu Sala and his son, the property preserves the essence of local tradition, inviting guests to experience authentic Catalan culture. The menu focuses on traditional Catalan and market cuisine, featuring fresh regional produce and recipes passed down through generations. Signature dishes include pig’s feet with mushrooms, braised wild boar, belly and tongue, and tripe with pig’s feet, demonstrating a dedication to authentic homemade Catalan cooking. The family's daughter has contributed homemade desserts and cakes, enriching the culinary offerings.
