Spanning over 3,800 square feet, the building combines historic architectural details — exposed brick, classic hardwood floors, a marble fireplace, and marble bathrooms — with contemporary comforts. The venue is available as a whole-venue hire accommodating up to 75 guests standing. Its generous layout includes French doors, abundant natural light, a freestanding tub, a clawfoot bathtub, a walk-in closet, and nursery rooms, making it well suited for private events, intimate gatherings, photoshoots, and lifestyle productions. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and updated bathrooms support both production days and social occasions.
