You will be charmed by the unique location of this room, which offers an exceptional panoramic view of the grandstands all the way to the Dunlop bridge. Elegant and bright, this space is perfectly suited for organizing your dinners, cocktails, and professional events.

The lounge

Located on the second floor, the lounge benefits from breathtaking views of the grandstand straight of the famous Sarthe endurance circuit. It also has an outdoor terrace that can accommodate up to 99 people. This space is ideal for your cocktails, receptions, and relaxing moments in a privileged setting.

The office

Located on the first floor, the office offers a surface area of 88 m² that can be easily adapted to your needs. Functional and comfortable, it is perfectly suited for organizing conferences, work meetings, seminars, or professional workshops.
