Herr Kächele celebrates Swabian cooking in Stuttgart, using regional ingredients and traditionally prepared specialities. Its handmade Maultaschen are central to the offer, alongside Spätzle, Swabian lentils and potato salad. The business also has a daytime bistro at Schulstraße 2, near the Marktplatz. For groups, Herr Kächele offers a Maultaschen-making event at Gerokstraße 12 that can be booked exclusively for a team. Participants learn to fill and shape the dumplings in small groups, then enjoy what they have made with potato salad. The session lasts approximately two hours, including the meal; classic and vegetarian versions are available. Gerokstraße also hosts company events, workshops and receptions in a 1950s bungalow with a flexible indoor space, terrace, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and professional sound and lighting.
