La Tuilerie de Talouan

The Talouan Tile Factory is a comfortable and eco-friendly forest domain, nestled in the heart of nature, on the edge of the Othe forest, just 1.5 hours from Paris.

This enchanting place, dating back to the 18th century, has been entirely renovated with noble and quality materials, offering spacious and bright living areas. Living rooms with fireplaces, large terraces at the forest's edge, a hammam, piano, guitar, library, various games; everything is carefully thought out down to the smallest detail for quality moments.

You will find 10 beautiful hotel rooms distributed between our two magnificent master houses certified with 4-star comfort, as well as 4 additional 4-star comfort rooms in our new facilities, and 4 superb fully-equipped Tiny Houses with views of nature. This totals 14 individual beds or up to 38 beds in shared rooms.

On the estate, a 40-hectare park in a protected natural area is at your disposal with designed living spaces (fire pit, picnic tables, hammocks, various games, marked forest walks, vegetable garden, shaded spots under trees, etc.) and spaces for wildlife (beehives, living ponds, conservation orchards, eco-grazing with sheep and horses, preserved meadows).

On the work side, we offer you a beautiful multifunctional room with a view of nature and fully equipped (120 m² indoors, 300 m² terrace, tables, chairs, armchairs, flip chart, projector, quality Wi-Fi, WC, etc.). For smaller groups, the living rooms (62 m² and 35 m²) of the two houses can also serve as workspaces or breakout rooms.

You can rent the venue as a self-catering facility or entrust us with organizing your stay à la carte, including:
