Life Plus

Life Plus is a privately hosted event venue located in the Lake Balboa neighborhood of Los Angeles. The property combines a residential setting with a range of professional-grade outdoor cooking and entertainment features, making it a versatile space for birthday parties, food celebrations, cooking classes, team-building events, and casual cookouts. The Event Space accommodates up to 40 guests for standing or casual events, and up to 25 guests for seated configurations such as boardroom, U-shaped, or classroom layouts. At the heart of the outdoor area is a heated, 5-foot-deep pool surrounded by seating areas, outdoor heaters, and a fire pit. The culinary setup includes a professional-grade grill, outdoor boilers, a 48-inch griddle, a pizza oven, a deep fryer, and an outdoor wok — well suited for cooking demonstrations, brunches, and themed dining experiences. Lawn games including giant Jenga, cornhole, and bocce are available for guests, and a front lawn provides space for additional activities. A small organic garden adds a locally inspired element to events. The in-house team offers curated packages starting at $50 per person, and the venue is best suited for events coordinated in partnership with that team.
