Lofty Wicker Park

Lofty Wicker Park offers two distinct event spaces in Chicago's Wicker Park and West Town neighborhoods, each with its own industrial character and flexible layout suited to a range of private events and creative productions. The Spacious Loft is an open-plan space spanning 1,800 square feet on West Pierce Avenue. It features exposed brick walls, high ceilings, wood floors, and large windows that contribute to a trendy urban atmosphere. A large open-plan kitchen with a generous island and stainless steel appliances serves as a central feature, complemented by a spacious living area with plush seating. The space accommodates up to 60 guests standing or 37 seated, and is well suited to dinner parties, cocktail events, lifestyle shoots, and small-scale productions. Its abundant natural light and industrial aesthetic allow it to transition between social and creative uses. The Event Space, known as Le Loft, is located on the second floor of a converted factory in West Town. Spanning 4,800 square feet across two sides, it features 12-foot ceilings, large industrial windows, exposed brick walls, and hardwood floors. The open, flexible layout accommodates up to 99 guests for standing receptions and up to 40 guests for seated dining. It is available as a whole-venue hire and is suited to corporate gatherings, social celebrations, and photo or video shoots. Both spaces welcome external catering and allow guests to bring their own alcohol. Music and DJ use is permitted at Le Loft upon approval.
