Pangea, established in 1998 by Chef Guillermo González Beristáin along with partners Cristina Arechavala and Eduardo Morali, stands as a pillar of Mexican gastronomy. The restaurant is known for its contemporary Mexican cuisine that emphasizes the harmony of aroma, flavor, color, and texture. Its culinary approach combines French techniques with a dedication to national and local ingredients. The dining space features an elegant, contemporary design complemented by a vibrant atmosphere.
