Serenity Event Space & Studios is a versatile creative venue set within a distinctive house in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The space blends comfort, entertainment, and elegance, with wall-to-wall aquarium views that create a captivating backdrop for a wide range of events and productions. Serenity Studios is the main event space within the venue, accommodating up to 30 guests standing, 16 in a theatre or U-shaped configuration, and 12 for dining. It is well suited for corporate meetings, workshops, content creation sessions, photoshoots, music productions, and intimate celebrations. Beyond the main space, the venue includes a full kitchen, a game room, and an in-house washer and dryer, making it practical for extended productions or multi-day events. Two on-site suites are available for overnight stays, suitable for visiting artists, guests, or production staff. In-house catering is available offering American and vegan cuisine options. Premium add-on services including a full bar with a professional bartender and DJ packages can be arranged. Guests may also bring their own alcohol subject to a corkage fee.
