Unique Intown Farmhouse

Unique Intown Farmhouse is an event venue located in the Audobon Forest neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. The property blends a farmhouse aesthetic with modern, functional design, making it suitable for a wide range of private and semi-private events. The Whole Venue space accommodates up to 60 seated guests in a dining configuration or up to 100 guests for standing and cocktail-style events. The interior features a large open-plan living area with comfortable seating and a mix of bright and soft lighting. A spacious kitchen with a long island counter, bar stools, and modern black cabinetry makes the space well-suited for cooking events, catered gatherings, and social entertaining. Select areas incorporate colorful backdrops and unique lighting elements. An outdoor patio provides additional space surrounded by greenery. Both in-house and external catering are permitted. The Colorful Eclectic Space is a bold, creatively designed studio accommodating up to 80 guests. It features vibrant wall murals, neon lighting, hanging greenery, and plush seating, and is suited for a wide range of uses including photoshoots, podcast recordings, workshops, private dinners, and professional meetings. The space supports multiple layout configurations including theater, boardroom, cabaret, U-shaped, classroom, and dining arrangements. External catering is welcomed and guests may bring their own alcohol. Note that large parties over 45 guests are not permitted in this space, and a noise restriction applies after 4:00 AM.
