Venta Moncalvillo is a modern cuisine restaurant located in Daroca de Rioja, Spain, with over 30 years of culinary tradition. The kitchen, led by self-taught chef Ignacio Echapresto, draws on traditional Riojan flavors refreshed through avant-garde techniques. The menu highlights seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, including wild mushrooms, game meat from nearby woods, and vegetables freshly harvested from the restaurant’s own garden.
