The facilities and equipment at this location are specially designed to meet professional and leisure needs. With its 600 square metres, the Wine and Kite house can comfortably accommodate 10 colleagues. It notably features an indoor swimming pool for relaxation after a day of work, a wellness area to recharge, a games room for entertainment, and a fully equipped conference room. The equipment includes a video conferencing system to facilitate remote meetings.

In addition to the facilities, this place also offers a range of services to make the colleagues' stay even more pleasant. It is possible to organise team-building activities, such as kitesurfing lessons, to enhance team cohesion. Moreover, the indoor pool is accessible all year round, allowing for relaxation at any time of the year. A jacuzzi and a steam room are also available for a complete wellness experience. However, it is important to note that this location is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
