À la 12 is a family‑run restaurant and hotel in Delme, Moselle, held by the François family since 1954. The house reflects the owners’ experience gained while travelling, notably during five years alongside the Bras family. The establishment has been selected in the Michelin Guide (Selected), noting its modern, refined approach. A purified, light‑filled dining room was renovated in early 2025 to become cosy and warm; the minimal space is focused on natural light, essential comfort and a direct view over the aromatic garden. The cuisine is modern, seasonal and market‑driven, focused on clear, honest flavours and the taste of quality ingredients; dishes frequently feature produce from the restaurant’s garden. Thomas François (Chef) leads the kitchen from an open pass and creates frank, simple recipes that concentrate on the true taste of ingredients; he and Laura François operate the house as third‑generation owners.
