Acte 2

Acte 2 is an intimate gastronomic restaurant in Avignon. Déborah runs the front of house alone and offers a warm, convivial and romantic welcome. Grégory cooks solo in the kitchen after training with Pierre Orsi, Anne‑Sophie Pic and Gérald Azoulay. He bases his cuisine on three pillars — rigorous product selection, precise seasoning and exactness of cooking — and the team cultivates a highly focused operation that has earned a MICHELIN Selected distinction. Housed behind an imposing seventeenth‑century door, the dining room is served by a single server and seats just 16 guests. The kitchen produces modern, inspired cuisine and service is structured exclusively around set menus rather than à la carte. Menus are driven by a privileged, respectful relationship with local producers; compositions follow the best of the season and can change daily. Offerings include a six‑course tasting menu at dinner, a Saturday lunch set menu priced at €45, seasonal producer‑driven dishes and a curated wine selection of independent organic vignerons.
