Ail des Ours offers a singular idea of cuisine, open to the eye, inspired by nature and focused on seasonal flavours; the kitchen works with fresh produce and prepares dishes in-house. The restaurant is referenced in the Michelin Guide, Gault et Millau, Le Petit Futé and the Guide du Routard. Privatisation is available and the venue provides access for persons with reduced mobility. Located in the centre of Amiens, a short walk from rue des 3 Cailloux and the cathedral, the restaurant presents itself as a gastronomic destination in an urban setting. The kitchen philosophy stresses locality, seasonality and valorisation of regional products, highlighting products of the local territory and creating a modern, territory-focused dining experience. Stéphane Bruyer leads the kitchen, has been recognised as Maître Restaurateur since 2018 and served as an ambassador of the Somme for the label "Hauts-de-France, région européenne de la gastronomie 2023".
