The venue celebrates the Pic family history and programmes Rencontres Épicuriennes, themed dinners that bring sommeliers and winemakers together under the Pic sommellerie team. The Bistrot André offers a warm, convivial interior with parquet floors, wood details and walls hung with family photos. In summer a shaded terrace arranged around a stone fountain provides a sunny, relaxed setting, and the restaurant's connection to Maison Pic gives guests access to the group's broader hospitality offer including the Maison’s gardens and terrace dining. The kitchen delivers a bistronomic interpretation of French tradition, revisiting recipes of Jacques and André Pic with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and generous portions. The menu mixes classic preparations with contemporary touches, wine pairings and products from the Drôme and surrounding regions. Anne‑Sophie Pic is the restaurant's chef.
