The kitchen presented its food as a structured tasting experience, and the team emphasized exacting technique alongside a disciplined menu concept that highlighted signature flavour combinations from the chef’s repertoire. Sven Elverfeld is the chef and is known for a personal style that combines simplicity and refinement. Specialties comprised a single, focused eight-course tasting menu dedicated to the chef’s favourite products, presenting artistic, unusual dishes and transformations of everyday ingredients.
