Aux Crieurs de Vin

Aux Crieurs de Vin is a Troyes bistro, wine bar and shop dedicated to natural wines and to the historic "crieurs de vin" tradition. Jean-Michel and Nicolas lead a team that presents daily dishes and shares the stories behind a large, carefully chosen wine list. The house is recognised in guides, including the Michelin Guide, and champions natural wine culture. It occupies the heart of Troyes' historic "bouchon", offering a lively atmosphere with a terrace, convivial interior seating, a wine-bar style and an adjacent cellar for tasting. Cuisine is traditional bistro-style with a menu renewed daily and dishes that change each day. Ingredients come from small, rigorously selected organic producers to ensure freshness, seasonality and quality on the plate. The cellar offers a proximity-based selection of more than 500 natural, organic or biodynamic wines, alongside spirits and craft beers. Specialties include cheese and charcuterie boards, fresh seasonal daily dishes and oysters at the Marché des Halles supplied by Chez Pascal. Two sites — 4 place Jean Jaurès (restaurant, wine bar and cave) and La Cave des Halles at the Marché des Halles — sell provisions, host tastings and run themed wine-and-food evenings by reservation, such as a Domaine Le Coste Lazzio dinner (five wines, truffle-focused menu).
